The Exit Plan

Take profit at halfway. Never pay the balance.

Every allocation carries the same option: once you have paid 50%, you may assign your contract to a new buyer, fee-free.

How it works

Three moments, one decision.

  1. Pay in stages

10% on allocation, then 40% across construction, by milestone.

  2. Reach 50%

On the standard schedule that is around month 18, mid-construction. The Exit Plan opens from that point.

  3. Assign fee-free

We introduce a buyer, or you bring your own. They take over the remaining payments and you step away.

Where you step away

The buyer who takes over your contract repays what you have paid and pays any agreed premium on top. If the development has risen in value since you entered, that difference is yours. The remaining 50% becomes theirs to pay, not yours.

Exit Plan opens
  1. 10%

    On allocation

  2. 40%

During construction, to about month 18

  3. 40%

    On handover

  4. 10%

    After handover

Fair questions

Asked about the Exit Plan.

Is it really free?

Yes. Once 50% is paid, we charge no fee to assign your contract. Any registration charge set by the developer or the Dubai Land Department is confirmed to you in writing before you proceed.

What's in it for you?

Our return is in the block pricing, not in the exit. An assignment brings a new buyer to the allocation, and a buyer who exits well tends to return.

Can I hold instead?

Of course. The Exit Plan is an option, not an obligation. You may continue to handover and have the unit registered in your name.

Can I exit earlier?

Before 50%, an assignment may be possible by arrangement, subject to the developer's conditions. The terms are set out in your Assignment Agreement, and we will talk them through with you.
